Describe the bug
We are using DSpace 7.6 with two languages, French and English. When a user has selected 'French' as their language, the submission form for a new item appears in French as expected. On selecting a Creative Commons license in the submission form, however, the questions for selecting the CC License appear in French, but the radio button labels appear in English (ie. Yes and No vs. Oui and Non). This is a significant issue for a bilingual institution that is required to ensure all public facing materials are completely bilingual. Note: dspace.cfg does not have cc.license.locale set.
I have also posted this on the DSpace Technical Support Forum: https://groups.google.com/g/DSpace-tech/c/1S0UEklSnKM
