Maybe find a better location to put this archive possibly instead of the contribute button that comes twice

I can contribute for this issue and maybe we align it beside of rss logo with a archive logo and one more thing is that when i open archive Its should load until its get information instead of that it show there is no event until the information retrieval so i can fix this problem too
