RoosterBot.AWS provides AWS functionality to RoosterBot. This includes:

• An SNS endpoint to NotificationService
• A DynamoDB client to provide user and channel configuration
• A CloudWatch log endpoint

It also provides its AWS credentials to other components via AWSConfigService.
