Issue description

When using the AnimationPlayer, enabling the "Apply snapping to selected key(s)" does nothing. "Apply snapping to timeline cursor.", does work though. I am making sure that I have the key I want to snap to, selected.

Steps to reproduce

Create an animation track with random times, and attempt to snap to the keys selected. Make sure you don't just have the snapping to timeline cursor set to snap on the time, maybe edit the timing within the Inspector, to make sure it isn't just snapping on the time near it, instead of the key's time.

Minimal reproduction project (MRP)

Create an AnimationPlayer in any new project, with a Node with properties to add keys.
