When in Settings screen click outside doesn’t close rustcast app

Add option to open settings toml, not a fan of the current cmd+, screen. Take a look at Raycast settings screen:

Imo the current settings panel is functional, but not good. I agree that adding raycast-like UI would be nicer, but the problem is I'm not a UI expert, and also since its in rust, its UI is subject to the mercy of the gui library (iced in this case).. i'm not saying its impossible, i'm just saying its annoying and kinda difficult to give it the same look and feel of raycast

There are a lot of downsides to using egui. Among them is that pretty much an entire rewrite of the app.
