Hmmm, this plugin has been overlooked for some time,
and the reason is that:

1. It name does not tell what is does (too general, no hint on Java names spell checking )
2. The English needs fixing grammer

China is top Eclipse user, see https://marketplace.eclipse.org/metrics/successful_installs/last30days_bycountry
so don't fear to add Chinese as well.
Maybe first in Chinese then English.
