Search not working in groupWiseSkills, skills refetched every time filters are applied

• Search option not present in soft keyboard so can't search, instead new line button is present
• In GroupWiseSkillFragment, Skills are already retrieved from network, So simple arraylist manupulation using Comparable and Comparator can save network calls
