Unable to rate skill when like or dislike option is clicked in the reply from susi.

Expected Behaviour

when the 👍🏻 or 👎🏻 option is clicked the skill must be rated according to the option clicked by the user.

Present Behaviour

When the 👍🏻 or 👎🏻 option is clicked, a Toast displays saying "Unable to rate skill.An error occurred."
