Install the plugin, save this protocol (https://gist.github.com/alexeyv/bef2a2f850175dae3dc0907dab99de43) as protocols/confidence-check.md in your working directory, then run it. ~10 minute smoke test that exercises the full cook workflow — timers, voice, phase transitions, sensor polling — with no food at risk.
