This updates 4 of the examples which use
Grid(no longer supported inmesa 1.2) to useSingleGridinstead. This also pins the version inrequirements.txtto 1.2.To test it, I ran
mesa runserveron each of these examples using version 1.2.1, and they all ran successfully in a browser.
