Missing v1.9.10 tag #2568

Hello. While cloning the solid-js/solid repository and attempting to checkout the latest version, I noticed that the v1.9.10 tag is missing. This isn't a critical issue, but it can be quite useful when referencing the source code of a specific solid-js version. Since previous versions appear to have been consistently tagged, I assume this was simply overlooked, so I'm opening this issue to bring it to your attention.
It appears that v1.9.10 was released at bed16cc.
