Highlighting text in scanned images - resolved

Could you please create a function that allows highlighting text in scanned images?

any text placed behind an image can be difficult but for scanned images it is usually invisible/transparent OCR over the image (in fore ground) and thus more accessible.
But may not show its bad structure unless searching or extracting.

Highlights are highest level and don't have to match text seen in an image (nor match text at all), so if there is none you can still add them same as any area
