Adds Harden Windows to the Security section.

What it is: An interactive PowerShell TUI that audits and hardens 150+ Windows 10/11 privacy and security settings — covering telemetry, Defender ASR rules, NTLM, bloatware, and more. Single script, zero dependencies.

Why it's awesome:

  • One-command audit shows a hardening score with color-coded results
  • 14 Defender Attack Surface Reduction rules enabled in Block mode
  • Based on CIS Benchmarks, Microsoft Security Baselines, and ACSC guidance
  • Automatic backup before any changes, silent CLI mode for automation
  • Actively maintained, MIT licensed

Checklist:

  • Not a duplicate (no Windows hardening TUI in the current list)
  • Added alphabetically in the Security section (between GlassWire and IIS Crypto)
  • Follows format: * [Name](link) - Description. [![oss badge][oss]](source)
  • Title-cased name
  • Spelling and grammar checked
  • Single item, single PR

This is something where users have to put a lot of trust in that it doesn't destroy their system. This is very hard with the repo only being 2 weeks old.
