Ideally we should be able to use now the auto-generated table of terms (https://respec.org/docs/#example-index-of-locally-defined-and-externally-referenced-terms) but because we use mark down and not full HTML it does not seem to work. Maybe we should consider moving to HTML. |

I think this is ok but I don't know if mixing html and markdown is good practice |

I could migrate the whole code to HTML/Respec. Tables would be painful ... but the rest should be fine. Let me know. |
