Overview

This document presents user satisfaction metrics and feedback for the OllamaMax Distributed Training System based on participant surveys, test results, and user feedback. Satisfaction metrics provide direct feedback on training quality, user experience, and learning effectiveness.

Purpose

User satisfaction tracking enables the training team to:

  • Measure learner satisfaction across all training modules
  • Identify strengths and areas for improvement
  • Validate training content effectiveness
  • Prioritize enhancement efforts
  • Demonstrate training program value

Definition: Likelihood to recommend training (0-10 scale)

  • Industry Benchmark: 30-50 (Good), 50+ (Excellent)

NPS Distribution:

  • Promoters (9-10): 65%
  • Passives (7-8): 30%
  • Detractors (0-6): 5%

Calculation: NPS = (% Promoters - % Detractors) = 65% - 5% = 55
