fwk: main: modify the factory power button key test

at factory side need to check power button is work
so ec will send a fake power button scan when factory mode enable

TEST= test on marigold, boot to s0, use KBMntNT tools check after use fwmi tool
enable factory mode(3e02) press power button(mainboard and FP button) will send scan code.
