This pull request adds a new option to configuration.php, 'hide_my_progress_tab', allowing the 'My Progress' tab to be hidden from the navigation bar:
$_configuration['hide_my_progress_tab'] = false;
$_configuration['hide_my_progress_tab'] = true;
