  1. add TTS injection protocol (0x07) and DeepSeek smart routing 

    - Add client-initiated TTS injection via new 0x07 protocol message
 - Route filler phrases ("let me look that up", etc.) to DeepSeek API
for factual responses, injected back as synthesized speech
 - Make WebSocket query parameters optional for flexible connections
 - Add TypeScript encode/decode support for tts_inject message type

Known issue: handle_defer runs concurrently with opus_loop and
maycorrupt shared streaming model state under load. Should be
refactoredto use tts_inject_queue for sequential processing.
