Rename GitHub Repository

I propose that we update the GitHub repository name 
From **`todo-list-javascript-tutorial`** to **`javascript-todo-list-tutorial`**
such that the _programming language_ comes first.
This will make it more consistent with https://github.com/dwyl/flutter-todo-list-tutorial
and with the up-coming elixir and python versions.
