  1. Refine Test::More to avoid Test2 API issues 

    - Keep custom Test::More implementation (original has Test2 compatibility issues)
- Load Test::Builder at module level for legacy test support
- Use our own subtest() implementation to avoid Test2::Hub issues
- Updated sync.pl config with better explanation of why Test::More is protected
- Result: All unit tests pass (1596/1596, 100%) with no Test2 errors
