Is build123d usable/compatible with FreeCAD Macros?

I want to write some FreeCAD macros using build123d, but I don't know if it is possible. OCCT version used by both projects may not be the same.

Are you familiar with the FreeCAD CQ workbench which can also run build123d? (I haven't used it extensively but I helped get build123d working). https://github.com/CadQuery/cadquery-freecad-workbench

I am not otherwise that familiar with FreeCAD macros -- can you enlighten us further on how they might work here?

I didn't know that FreeCAD CQ workbench can also run build123d, if that is the case, It means that build123d works inside FreeCAD. I will do my experiments.
