Replaces #17759 by @LunaMoo (rebased, and reworked).
Looks for a replacement icon in /PSP/TEXTURES/ID/icon.png, or icon.png in a textures.zip in the same location (this part is new).
It would be fairly easy to also support custom pic0.png (background) this way, not sure if there's demand?
Additionally, moves the texture replacement checkbox to the graphics tab. I do think it needs new wording though..
