  1. Allow headers to be set in getAuthenticatedURL 

    Changes the signature and allows custom headers in the getAuthenticatedURL function. 

Example:
$s3->getAuthenticatedURL($this->bucket, $path, $timeout, false, false, array('response-content-disposition' => 'attachment'));
