  1. feat: call middleware for each write in write list 

    Nested creates and updates can be written as arrays. Currently the
passed middleware function is only called once for these arrays and the
user must handle them explicitly.

To allow nested middleware to behave and therefore be written more
similarly to vanilla middleware call the passed middleware function for
each item in these create or update arrays.
