Add support for DRV8215 motor driver chip.

What are your use cases for this component?

I want native ESPHome support for the DRV8215 primarily because many of its key features are controlled via I²C registers rather than only by direct GPIO/PWM.

Use cases:

• I want to configure and read diagnostic/config registers (faults, overcurrent, overtemperature, undervoltage, and stall detection parameters) from ESPHome so automations can react to hardware fault conditions.
• I need to enable the DRV8215’s I²C-based speed/voltage regulation and stall-detection features (IPROPI-based) and adjust their thresholds from software.
• Overall goal: let ESPHome expose high-level motor controls (set speed, set direction, stop, read fault/state) and configuration parameters via services and entities.
