Need to confirm that the horizontal gene transfers are indeed integral to the contigs, and not just on the edges. If so, how do they overlap with subread alignments?
Fix subreads alignment with blasr to gff format
Matt had some doubts on the large number of HGT candidates (1092), and suggested to find pacbio reads that overlapped the HGT gene and an adjacent gene to be sure that we were not including contaminants in our assembly.
