Battery isn't showing in decimal | GA402XV

This one has been bugging me off for some reason
I have seen the G14 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, heck even 2025, have battery indicator in decimal

But not mine, and I don't know why 😭

Usually I see stats like 50.4%, 98.7%, something like that, but not mine, it goes down like 65.0 to 64.0 and so on
What am I doing wrong?

@Scarlaid hello,

It looks like battery on your model reports it only in integers. As G-Helper just takes remaining charge from windows and displays it there :)

What device do you have ?

@Scarlaid that's strange :) did you replace a battery by any chance ? What does windows show for battery % and do apps like HWinfo do show ?

have not opened this laptop since its still on warranty

I found out why after awhile, and its because of my choice of region when buying this laptop

this one is from Japan and for what I know, they dont even show decibles, so I guess im stuck with this until I change the battery from the official ASUS CS in Vietnam, thanks Seerge anyway
