The XSDs for v6 are available online: - https://www.springframework.org/schema/batch/spring-batch.xsd - https://www.springframework.org/schema/batch-integration/spring-batch-integration.xsd Since they are not going to evolve anymore, it does not make sense to redeploy them continuously as part of the release process. Related to #4843

Make chunk tracker thread bound in ChunkOrientedStep
Before this commit, the chunk tracker was instance-based, which resulted in progress state being shared and overridden across threads of execution. This commit changes the scope of the chunk tracker to be thread local so that each thread has its own progress state. Resolves #5099
