  1. internal/profiles: add z.ai backend for Claude Code with fixed models 

    Use ANTHROPIC_API_KEY (not ANTHROPIC_AUTH_TOKEN) for the ZAI backend.
Skip provider-derived model overrides so the fixed glm-5.1 and
glm-5-turbo model names are preserved at runtime.
