  1. remove all Maya Live Link plugin source code 

    The Epic-supported Maya Live Link plugin is now deprecated and has been
replaced by the Autodesk-supported Unreal Live Link for Autodesk Maya plugin.

The source code and all future development and maintenance of the plugin can be
found in the Autodesk repository here:
