integration-tests for various webpack-scenarios

related to #1553

- registering helpers on an instance retrieved via
  `import`, compiling the template on an instance
   retrieved via `require`
- using `@roundingwellos/babel-plugin-handlebars-inline-precompile` to load plugins inline
