In yarn 4, the project added documentation for a new config file yarn.config.js. But this feature is documented nowhere in the repo nor on the website.

Maybe we could have a "beta" page on the website documenting feature that are in the RC (specially because @yarnpkg/core is released with its latest set on 4.0.0-rc.45 on npm.

A simpler solution could be to just have a readme file on the repo for now until the v4 is fully released
