Add time range filtering (All / Last 30 Days / Last 7 Days) and a subagent inclusion toggle to the token usage statistics modal.
Subagent token usage was previously discarded. Now it is recorded with an is_subagent flag and excluded from queries by default.
Also fixes startup crash from corrupted model_stats.json and runtime panics from bare unwrap() in date calculations.
