Step 1: Create the data directory and unzip the bologna.zip.
Step 2: Install sumo and run command 'sumo -c bolognaringway.sumo.cfg --fcd-output fcdoutput.xml' and then copy fcdoutput.xml to the data directory.
Step 3: Run main.py.
