Instructions:

Install OBS version 29 or older. (Im using 29.1.3)
Lauch OBS and click at "Tools", then "Scripts".
Click at cross and add jitter.lua.
Choose ur Game FPS and Range.
Dont forget to click at "Enabled", enjoy.
