Structured Streaming Machine Learning example with Spark 2.0
Note at present depends on a SNAPSHOT build of Spark 2.0 with -Phive -Phive-thriftserver at RC2 (or later) rather than Spark 2.0-preview as 2.0-preview is missing important components necessary for writing.
