This uses the helper functions provided by the zstd package for the zips used by this package. It also registers the compressors on every Reader or Writer instead of using the global hooks. Signed-off-by: Hank Donnay <[email protected]>

The goal for this is to add the Indexer component and a database implementation of the new DB API.
