This PR introduces several UX and accessibility improvements: - Estimated reading time on blog posts. - A sticky reading progress bar at the top of post pages. - Smooth scrolling enabled for users without reduced-motion preferences. - Added rel="noopener" to external social links for better security and performance. Implemented reading time estimation and a visual progress bar for blog posts to improve the reading experience. Also added smooth scrolling and secured external links with rel="noopener".
