🎨 Palette: Add Copy Link and Back to Top features #49

This commit adds two UX improvements to the blog: 1. A 'Copy Link' button in the share section of blog posts with temporary "Copied!" feedback. 2. A floating 'Back to Top' button that appears after scrolling down, assisting navigation on long pages.
