Update dependencies for Shaclex 0.2.0

I have updated some dependencies.

The most important is the dependency on Shaclex 0.2.0 which itself depends on ShEx 0.2.0 and has support for ShEx + extends.

I would like to merge it, but in my computer I obtained this error:

[error] Modules were resolved with conflicting cross-version suffixes in ProjectRef(uri("file:/home/labra/src/shapes/rdfshape-api/"), "server"):
[error]    com.eclipsesource.j2v8:j2v8_win32_x86 _64, <none>

which I don't understand.

The issues mentioned above have been solved in #298. Updating the dependencies from the last repo version caused no problems 🚀
