Implement a second method to reconstruct tracks

This method keeps all tracks instead of just the best one.
The method has a higher efficiency in events with large track multiplicity
(but it is slower and provides a larger number of fakes)

Framework: add dependency to fmt

Exclude test structures named 'A' from doxygen

Because of doxygen's autolinking of references, all 'A' are displayed as
reference to a struct named 'A'.
