Feature Request: Transfer post/comment likes to new sites after importing content #42184

What
After migrating a site (either via a plugin or by importing a content XML), Likes remain tied to the original blog ID and are not copied to the new site. I would love to see a tool to allow transferring Likes data between sites for matching post IDs.
How
Likes are currently reset to zero after transferring data to a new site. Similar functionality already exists for transferring Stats (internal only) and Subscribers/Followers (internal and external).
