This pull request makes the
AvailabilityStrategyproperty in theRequestOptionsclass publicly accessible, which allows developers to set custom availability strategies directly on requests. It also updates the SDK API contract files to reflect this change, ensuring consistency between the implementation and the public API surface.Public API changes:
