AzConnectedKubernetes output fix

Description

This PR fixes the output type of New- and Set- cmdlet reported by users:

• The response from ARM was manipulated, now we return clean response
• Replaced Write-output with Write-Verbose so that the type of output is ConnectedCluster ranther than System.Object[]

We suggest to put following notes in changelog:

• Fix output type of cmdlet
