Missing `Microsoft.Insights/dataCollectionRuleAssociations` in the resources.json

There is no entry for Microsoft.Insights/dataCollectionRuleAssociations in the resources.json. Probably this is because this resource is an extension resource that can be associated behind a couple of different resources (e.g. a VM, AKS cluster, etc.), whilst other extension resources like Microsoft.Authorization/roleAssignments are supported.
