Fix #1282 - missing fields in GraphRbac

Fix:

• [GraphRbac] Missing givenName / surname in the Swagger #1282 (recursively fix Python Access user's profile (first name, last name, etc.) through azure-graphrbac azure-sdk-for-python#1202)
• Node: GraphRbacManagementClient does not return all User information azure-sdk-for-node#2260
