package-xxxx-xx-xx-only tags are supposed to include only files from xxxx-xx-xxx folder, so that's correct

stable/2019-07-01 contains only gallery.json

stable/2019-03-01 contains:

• compute.json
• disk.json
• gallery.json
• runCommands.json

so I am adding disk.json because it was missing
