Fixes for: Issue #1 : Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#4576 (comment) Typo in the DeltaOperationType Enum. Issue #2 : Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#4844 (comment) GlobalAdmins list is marked as an object, while it's an array.
