Found a bug in the latest swagger spec. PR: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#5408 Closing this PR. I will open a new one after the spec bug is fixed. |

Generate PolicyInsight SDK from the latest swagger spec for the updated API version 2018-07-01-preview.
The related swagger PR: Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#5134
Mainly it is to support a new feature for querying policy state with policy evaluation details. Added new tests for the feature.
