This PR is to support LifeCycle feature GA.
We also make the .net SDK GA with 10.0.0 version in this PR.
The swagger PRs are already merged:
Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#5300
Azure/azure-rest-api-specs#5377
1 commit 3c90979 is from the auto-generated SDK PR from swagger PR :#5435. Since #5435 build fail (test must fail with API version upgrade), the PR is not merged now.
1 commit e49d884 is for update Test and SDK version.
We also has a PR #5427 for both generated Product code and Test code in same commit.
Merge any of the 2 PRs (#5427, #5442) should be OK for the feature release. Please close the other one.
